Adam Saw

APA Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist

Adam is local to the Surfcoast, having grown up and currently residing in Anglesea with his wife Fiona and 3 children. Adam is an APA Titled Sports Physiotherapist having completed his Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2017 from Latrobe University.

In addition to his Bachelor of Physiotherapy he has completed a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science. Combining his physiotherapy and exercise science background Adam has worked in professional sport for 10 years at the Geelong Cats Football Club as VFL and AFL Physiotherapist. This has included work internationally with the Australian International Rules team in 2015.

Adam has considerable private practice experience in a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions. Utilising a holistic approach aimed to not only alleviate current symptoms but also work towards long-term resolution and prevention of future injury.

Elise Saw


Elise is local to the Surfcoast, having grown up and currently residing in Anglesea. She graduated from LaTrobe University in 2003 and has worked in various settings around Geelong, the Surfcoast and Bellarine as well as extended periods working overseas and interstate.

Elise enjoys seeing a wide range of conditions. Her career has focused on private practice (musculoskeletal, sports, clinical pilates and aged care), with particular passion for Clinical Pilates, Womens Health, Lymphoedema and disorders of the spine/hip/pelvic regions.

David Rundle


Dave has holidayed in Anglesea for many years and has recently made the sea change. He has 28-years of experience in private practice and as an elite Sports Physiotherapist. He has special interest in orthopaedic injuries.

Mazz Cole

Musculoskeletal (Manips) Physiotherapist

Mazz is a local Anglesea resident having moved to the town in September 2021 with her husband Paul and three children. She has a passion for and expertise in treating necks and jaws (TMJ).

Mazz completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy at Latrobe University in 1994 followed by her Masters in Musculoskeletal (Manips) Physio at the University of Melbourne in 2000.

She has spent the last 28 years working in the UK and different parts of regional Victoria refining hands-on skills and developing a holistic approach to her physio treatments. She aims to not only alleviate pain but to arm her patients with the skills and self-management strategies to gain long term resolution and prevention of injury.

When Mazz isn’t at work you’ll find her walking her crazy dog, trying to brave the ocean (wetsuit – free) 365 days a year, chatting with her children or making some eclectic sculpture for her new Anglesea home.

Angela Allardyce

Physiotherapy Assistant

Ange brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Anglesea Physiotherapy. She is a qualified nurse, personal trainer and allied health assistant. She also has many years of admin experience working in her family business.

If Ange looks familiar it is because she lived in Anglesea for over 20 years. She now resides in Geelong but is still very much involved in the Anglesea Community particularly with the Anglesea Football and Netball Club, where she is a sports trainer in addition to many other volunteer roles.

Ange will be working closely with all of our physios in the gym to assist with exercise classes and individual rehabilitation programs.
